Interview With Dato Joey Yap
Dato Joey Yap: Feng Shui, The Art Of Energy
As we tuned in to the Feng Shui Master himself, Dato Joey Yap, we found out that the most important attribute for successful people is sustainability.
Getting rich can sometimes be lucky but staying rich requires real skills and tools.
Feng Shui practitioners look for environments that these successful people can continue to thrive and keep that momentum going.
For Feng Shui, you have to start with a goal on why you are using Feng Shui and what are you using it for. The right Feng Shui system can then implemented to effectively help you achieve that goal.
Item placement is not relevant for Feng Shui. In most of the classical literature in Feng Shui, there is no mention of item placement, it is all about alignment. If you are aligned to the energy flow then you will get the benefit of Feng Shui.
Aligning yourself to your personal direction is still important and very easy to do. For example, you can align your study desk to your personal direction so you can tap into the energy of that direction better.
Starting your renovations on a date that is good for you is important because if you vibrate your own energy at a level that is consistent with what you want, you manifest that into reality.
Something a beginner in Feng Shui can start straight away with is flow. Get rid of blockage within the paths of your home and be unstuck. Let the energy flow better and you’ll immediately feel better as well.
In real Feng Shui, it’s all about alignment to actual energy in the environment. A Feng Shui solution has something to do with direction, the orientation of a property or the sector in which that property is involved in. The one thing that needs to always be in focus is the goal of using Feng Shui.
The next big thing that Team Joey Yap is heading towards is converting traditional classroom style Feng Shui teaching into a medium that is globally accessible to penetrate borders and bring the world together.

Interview With Kevin Chan
Kevin Chan: Feng Shui In Your Home
The key areas for Feng Shui will be the areas that you use the most in your home.
Areas such as the kitchen and your bedroom are in frequent use throughout the day for activities such as cooking and sleeping that takes up long hours of the day.
These areas and the main door of the home are the focus points for Feng Shui.
The main door is important in a sense that it is the point where the external Qi and internal Qi get mixed together.
A personal advice from Kevin Chan will be to learn Feng Shui. Feng Shui is definitely a skill you can learn because it is not something that is substantially mysterious and there are a lot of organizations that teach people how to make the most out of Feng Shui.

Iverson Lee: The Important Areas For Feng Shui
Now we’ve come to the last interview with Iverson Lee on Feng Shui and he gave great bonus advice on the important sections of a home which are important for Feng Shui.
In Feng Shui alone, we just need to take care of 5 important areas in the house which are;
-
The Main Door
-
The Bedroom
-
The Kitchen
-
The Study Room
-
The Balcony
One of the most important areas for Feng Shui is the main door because that is where the energy enters the house. It is like a filter for the flow of energy that enters the home.
In every home, there are certain areas of good and bad energy. Feng Shui consultants try their best to position their clients in the areas of good energy as best they can.
